Parmarth Seva Samiti deeply values the generosity of every donor. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how we handle donation refunds and cancellations.

Donations Are Voluntary and Final

Donations made to Parmarth Seva Samiti are voluntary contributions towards our charitable work and are generally treated as final. Funds received are promptly directed towards our ongoing activities and the welfare of beneficiaries.

Refund Requests

If a donation has been made in error, by duplication, or in an incorrect amount, you may request a refund within 7 (seven) days of the transaction. To request a refund, please contact us with your transaction details (date, amount, and reference number) using the contact information below.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or bank account used for the donation. Refunds, where granted, will normally be processed within 7 to 10 working days of approval, subject to verification.

Cancellation

One-time donations cannot be cancelled once the transaction is complete. If you have set up a recurring donation in the future and wish to discontinue it, please contact us and we will stop further deductions.
