We also have provisional registration under CSR provisions
of companies act.
We assume that donors have donated the money for the purpose of the trust out of their own will and from the funds belonging to them and trustees earmark those funds immediately upon the receipt of such donations from our donors as per the objectives of the trust. Hence, request for refund of any such donations are not encouraged by the goverrning laws of the trust, the trustees, the auditors and other applicable enactment
